The first wedding I shot was unintended for the most part, I was asked by some friends to shoot their wedding, I was hooked after just that one. I love the fast paced movement of the day along with the excitement and emotion that happens. Being the photographer I am given an all access pass to document the day and capture intimate moments, creating more than just great photos, but a story that will last a lifetime.

Having studied documentary editorial photography, I love to allow things to happen naturally and capture moments in their purest form. My aim is to create flattering, naturally beautiful images whilst being as unobtrusive and discreet as possible. I also enjoy developing new lighting & styling techniques to create contemporary wedding portraits. I approach each session with presence, calm, and intention. I believe in soft direction over stiff posing, organic movement over perfection, and thoughtful edits that preserve the mood of the moment.

Once you've decided to book with me and we've gotten the nitty gritty out of the way the fun really starts. I will coordinate with the other vendors you've booked with and setup your customized timeline leaving no detail left to chance.

Yes and no. I try not to, but the majority of my brides and grooms have not been photographed by a wedding photographer before, so I will usher you both into beautiful settings and take you through different scenarios which will inspire you to smile, laugh and melt into each other.
Do I pose and set up shots?
No. RAW files are what the camera produces, these files are flat and unenhanced they need editing to get what you see throughout my website. I process all of the photos myself, I create thoughtful edits that preserve the mood of the moment. I don't want my work to feel edited, I want it to feel elevated.
do you provide unedited images?
Yes most definitely, this is what I do, it's what I love. Depending on the package I may also have a second photographer with me.
If I book you as my Wedding Photographer, will you shoot my wedding yourself?
Connect via the contact form to setup our initial consultation. During the call we will chat more about your special day & I will send you a customized proposal after. Choose your package, sign my contract & provide a retainer. All dates are first come, first served.
